Refunds and Exchanges policy

Refunds
If you would like to request a refund, please contact our customer support within 3 days from the date of purchase, The delivery fee will be charged in case the order is refunded.

Exchanges
If you received a product that doesn’t fit or prefer a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility Time
To be eligible for refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

NOn-Refundable/Non-exchangeable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. These may include swimwear, socks, and caps, unless they are defective or damaged.
